Various Older Buildings (1900s-1990s)
The entrances of these buildings are sometimes in a questionable state, a lot of the 4-6 story buildings lack elevator access, parking in these buildings is ad-hoc, on the positive side older buildings are usually very central and have beautiful high ceilings (3-4 meters)

These residential complexes have been recently constructed thus offer most of the modern day amenities, such as underground parking, on-site grocery shops, gyms and kids playgrounds.
